Cybersecurity

We have adopted the Principle of Least Privilege with respect to access to sensitive information, including personal data.

All data is encrypted using industry standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (AES-256).

We conduct regular penetration testing and perform a complete review of all our security policies and procedures at least annually.

Klarity uses Vanta for continuous monitoring of controls.

Compliance

Our procedures are designed to comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable data privacy laws.  

Klarity is SOC 1 Type 2 and SOC 2 Type 2 certified. The SOC reports are available upon request.

Trust and Large Language Models

Klarity makes no compromises with respect to your privacy and security, especially when we use Large Language Models (LLMs) to process data.  All our third-party vendors with access to your data are subject to the same standards of data protection.  Your data will never be used to train or improve LLMs without your consent.
